3.A.6. Distraction - Physical actions by a player that are not common to the game that, in the judgement of the referee, may interfere with the opponent;s ability or concentration to hit the ball. Examples include, but are not limited to, making loud noises, stomping feet, waving the paddle in a distracting with the opponent's concentration or ability to hit the ball.

3.A.6 妨害 — 審判の判断で、相手のボールを打つ能力や集中力を妨げる可能性がある「ゲームには一般的ではない」プレーヤーによる身体的行動。 例としては、大きな音を立てる、足を踏み鳴らす(stomping)、気を散らすような方法でパドルを振る、または相手の集中力やボールを打つ能力を妨害することが含まれますが、これらに限定されません。

(補足説明)つまりWinningショットを決める時に大きな声を出すのは妨害行為かもしれない。
